Therapist Robyn Atkins

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been trying to manage everything on your own. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what you’re experiencing.
I believe therapy should be collaborative and individualized. There is no single approach that works for everyone, and we will work together to find strategies that fit your needs, experiences, and goals. My style is warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and practical. I believe in creating a space where you feel heard and supported while also helping you recognize patterns, develop healthier ways of coping, and make meaningful changes in your life.
