Therapist Ellesse Rougier

“Therapy is not about having all the answers. It’s about creating a space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can happen one step at a time.”
I am passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges while discovering their strength, resilience, and capacity for growth. With over 10 years of experience in the social work field and clinical practice, I have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient treatment, schools, and mobile therapy services. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs.
My approach to therapy is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration. I am known for being energetic, present, honest, and flexible, creating a space where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and open communication. While I offer support without judgment, I also believe in being transparent and honest about the work that meaningful change requires.
